 – Completed, signed entry form (download the entry form here)

 –  high resolution, jpg key image of your entry

 –  A1 landscape entry submission board, at 300dpi.

The maximum size for all attachments is 30MB

The content of the project presentation board is at the discretion of entrants, however, to assist the judges, should include:

–  Project name and location.

–  A description of the project to explain the brief, context, constraints and architectural design response (200-500 words).

Entries are not made anonymously as it is intended that the Awards scheme provides publicity for the entrant. Practice logo and contact information may be displayed on the presentation board.

Text should be in Helvetica or similar sans-serif font, and be of sufficient size to be read in an exhibition setting.

In signing and submitting the entry form the entrants are declaring that they are the author(s) of the the designs entered.  Where projects have substantially co-authored this should be clearly stated on the display materials and, where appropriate, the permission of the collaborating parties should be obtained before submitting entries.

Client permission must be obtained to submit the project into the Awards.

Once you have assembled the three files for entry – click here to make an email submission entry to WAASubmissions@djdgroup.co.uk.  The maximum size for email submission is 30MB.

You can enter as many projects as you like but each entry must be made as a separate email submission.
